Payroll

The latest payroll updates improve visibility and make it easier for payroll users to review important employee and payroll information directly from the Business Dashboard.

Quickly identify employees with notes

The Payroll Business Dashboard now includes a Notes icon for employees who have existing notes.

This makes it easier for payroll users to see when important information has been recorded against an employee without having to open individual employee records first.

The enhancement helps payroll teams:

These improvements make it easier for users to access, view, and manage documents, particularly when working with larger volumes of documents.

The enhanced performance helps users:

Enhanced Working Papers Management (DNS Only)

The Working Papers functionality has been enhanced with several new features to improve organisation, collaboration, and audit tracking.

Users can now:

  • Create customised sheets with automatic references
  • Link and tag sheets for easier navigation and traceability
  • Delete sheets with audit tracking
  • Share working papers by email through the Communication section
  • Lock and unlock working papers when needed

These improvements make it easier to organise working papers, track changes, and collaborate on documents.

The lock and unlock controls also help protect completed working papers from unintended changes while allowing users to make further updates when required.

Self Assessment

The latest Self Assessment update introduces automated reminders for MTD ITSA, helping accountants request the information they need from clients for quarterly filings.

The MTD Automated Reminder functionality helps accountants automatically remind clients to provide the information required for their MTD ITSA quarterly filings.
