Updates

Here’s what’s new in Nomi this week:

7844 – Payroll – Ability to send payslips when running payroll to ‘Both’: Previously you could only send the payslips to either the main contact or the employees. Now you can send to both at the same time.

7530 – CIS – Update to detailed pay totals report: The total row will now appear at the very end of the report and will sum the total value of each column for all subcontractors.

2225 – Final accounts – FRS102 1a accounts loading speed: We’ve improved the loading speed of all FRS102 1a sets of accounts.

8711 – Payroll – Main contact additional permisions: You can now select which contacts within the payroll module have access to Nomi to: approve payroll, timesheets, annual leave and expense claims.

8607 – Bookkeeping – Performance improvement: new sales invoice, new supplier bill and new bank transaction: When navigating between fields and entering information, the calculations should perform faster resulting in a better experience.

7502 – Company Secretarial – CS01 automation emails update: Update buttons for acceptance or declining of CS01 information.

7925 – Company Secretarial – Download shareholder data from Companies House: When downloading data from Companies House, Nomi now has the ability to download shareholder details and shareholdings.

8446 – CRM – Auto populate the contract owner name: When creating a contract, the contract owner field will automatically be populated with the lead or client owner field by default

8645 – CRM – Self-assessment year and due date: In order to sync due dates with Nomi compliance, we’ve added a year end and due date field so you can manage which is the next self-assessment that needs producing for your contacts. This will eventually be added into the task module and sync with the calendar.

8655 – CRM – Client portal updates: We’ve introduced a brand new look and feel to our client portal. Now, documents can be shared securely and seamlessly between practice and client, with separate sections for business and personal documents, plus it can be white labelled with your own logo:
